Dr. Pedersen’s Back to School Convocation

Superintendent Neil Pedersen asked North Carolina Arts in Action to participate at its Chapel Hill-Carrboro City School System’s Annual Back to School Convocation. Under the direction of Artistic Director Kay Gayner, our Rashkis Elementary dancers brought the house down as the program’s finale. Following the performance in The Chapel Hill News, Dr. Pedersen said “I was so impressed with the enthusiasm of the students and instructors. The quality of the performance was at the level of excellence that we aspire to achieve in all of our programs.”
